Second Lieutenant Reginald Teesdale Dent served during the Great War with the 6th Battalion Rifle Brigade on the Western Front, and was killed in action whilst attached to the 2nd Battalion, 24.3.1918, he is commemorated on the Pozieres Memorial, France.
